Falling In Reverse to Sponsor B.J. McLeod at Indianapolis

MBM Motorsports has announced an exciting new partnership for the upcoming NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Popular rock band Falling In Reverse will sponsor veteran driver B.J. McLeod in the Pennzoil 250 presented by Advance Auto Parts on July 20, 2024.

The #13 Falling In Reverse Chevrolet Camaro, dubbed the “Popular Monster,” will take to the track at the iconic Brickyard. This sponsorship coincides with the release of Falling In Reverse’s new album, “Popular Monster,” set to drop on August 16, 2024.

Formed in 2008 by lead vocalist Ronnie Radke, Falling In Reverse has become a powerhouse in the metal genre, boasting over 8.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify. The band is currently on a North American tour, with plans to hit the United Kingdom in December as part of “The Popular MonsTOUR II: World Domination.” Their latest single, “All My Life” featuring Jelly Roll, has already garnered more than 5.7 million views on YouTube in less than three weeks.

As part of this partnership, fans have a unique opportunity to win a real Falling In Reverse racecar. U.S. residents aged 18 and up can enter the sweepstakes at FallingInReverseSweepstakes.com until July 8, 2024. The prize is a former ARCA/K&N West chassis with a fiberglass body, wrapped in Falling In Reverse logos.

B.J. McLeod, who will pilot the #13 car, expressed his excitement about the collaboration: “I’m really looking forward to racing with MBM again in Indianapolis as they partner with Falling In Reverse. I love the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and all the history of the track. Getting to drive in the Xfinity Series on the Indy oval again and simultaneously getting to promote one of my favorite bands is just awesome.”

The Wauchula, Florida native brings considerable experience to the table, with over 350 NASCAR national series starts, including nine at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval. This race will mark his tenth start at the Brickyard, driving for the same team with which he made his debut at the track.

MBM Motorsports team owner Carl Long shared his optimism for the upcoming race: “B.J. is one of the smartest drivers of them all when he is behind the wheel. I am looking forward to a strong run, and possibly getting the band to make some noise with us on the pit box!”

The Pennzoil 250 also marks a significant moment for MBM Motorsports, as they return to their original Xfinity Series entry number. From Indianapolis onwards, MBM will use #13 as their primary Xfinity car number.

The race weekend kicks off with practice on Friday, July 19th, followed by qualifying early Saturday afternoon. The main event, the Pennzoil 250, will be broadcast on USA Network at 3:30 pm ET on Saturday, July 20th.

This partnership between MBM Motorsports, B.J. McLeod, and Falling In Reverse promises to bring an exciting blend of racing action and rock music to the hallowed grounds of Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
