A big weekend of racing action awaits at Iowa Speedway with the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East coming together for the Atlas 150 on Friday, June 14th. The 150-lap event under the lights will kick off a landmark weekend at the 7/8-mile oval, which will also host the first-ever NASCAR Cup Series race at the track.

ARCA has a long history at Iowa Speedway, with the national series having raced there 17 times dating back to 2006. Meanwhile, the East Series has visited the track 20 times since 2007. The last three ARCA races at Iowa have been combination events awarding points to drivers in both the national and East tours.

With six different winners through the first six ARCA Menards Series races in 2024, the trend of new faces in Victory Lane could continue Friday. Points leader Andres Perez, Gio Ruggiero, and Lavar Scott are all seeking their first wins of the season. William Sawalich came oh-so-close to winning last year before a late restart allowed Luke Fenhaus to steal the victory.

Mason Mitchell, the 2015 ARCA winner at Iowa, is making a return to the series driving for Sigma Performance Services. Other notables entered include East points leader Connor Zilisch, Marco Andretti, Gus Dean, Greg Van Alst, and Toni Breidinger.

The Atlas 150 should provide a thrilling kickoff to an action-packed racing weekend at the fan-friendly Iowa Speedway. Catch all the excitement live on FS1 and MRN Radio at 8pm ET on Friday night!
